Located on Main Street in Windsor, Colorado, Moore Martial Arts is centrally located for students in Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding areas (Severance, Johnstown, Milliken, Eaton, Lucerne, etc.).
Our programs challenge each student at their own learning pace and ability. Furthermore, we’re happy to modify applications and training based on physical limitations.
We expose our students to many different types of martial arts and to the vastness of the study within them. We believe the study of martial arts is a never-ending circle, and that we can always learn more to become better at what we are doing, not just in the martial arts, but in life as well.
Moore Martial Arts teaches two complete styles of martial arts:
- Anshinkai-do Karate, meaning “The Way of the Peaceful Mind”
- Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo, meaning “Old Pine Tree School of Encouragement”

Sensei Jon seems to be an excellent teacher for my 9 year-old. Every student receives personal attention from their sensei at each class. We’ll be staying with Moore Martial Arts as long as my boy studies karate.
Moore Martial Arts is the perfect fit for us: mental and physical challenges, a family atmosphere, and serious fun (with serious laughs)!
Our daughter started at Moore Martial Arts as a 5 year-old, and we could not be more pleased. Sensei Jon is fantastic with the little kids. They learn to respect him and the dojo while still having fun and learning an amazing sport.
Moore Martial Arts is not just a place to learn martial arts, but it is a place where you build up great relationships over the years. We are a family and we look after each other.
My 5 year-old son’s physical coordination began noticeably improving within a week of attending.
Sensei Jon is awesome with the young kids! I enrolled my son in karate when he was 4 years old to help him learn discipline. Now a couple years later, I couldn’t be happier with our choice to put him in karate.
I’ve been a student for several months now and plan to be for several years. The atmosphere is very laid back, yet still demanding. If you’re looking for a good way to improve your life, Moore Martial Arts is a fantastic start!
A family-friendly dojo that focuses on true self defense, along with character development and confidence building.
Great teachers. Awesome experience. Good workout. Highly recommend!
Moore Martial Arts is a great way to relieve the stresses of work and everyday life. At lunch time, I tell everyone I am going to therapy.
